Time to Start Again

Well my last entry was about the Fourth of July. I had pizza that day with friends and it threw me off. I got sick to my stomach and felt really bad for a week. Then I just didn’t have it in me to continue onward again. I did take a low-impact aerobics class and step class at my college. I enjoyed those a lot. I have been looking at Pinterest and found some useful things from meal ideas to workouts to motivation. Here is a link to the board : Hak It To Me!

I am visiting my parents in northern IL and will be leaving for home Saturday. From now until then I will slowly starting to get things planned out for my workouts and meals.

Soon the fierce druid inside me will be visible on the outside also.

I know it’s been awhile since I posted, but I’m still going. Monday I skipped my workout because I couldn’t access it. Today I paid for it by doing 2 days in one plus 30 minutes of Just Dance. Tomorrow is the Fourth should be fun! Super tired atm so it’s short

Day 5 Blogilates Done!

I can’t believe it’s been 5 days already since I started!….That’s 5 days without sandwiches, milk, SWEET TEA!!! Today’s work out was a killer tho. I was doing pretty well with all of it at least being able to try it except for the final move in my final video, link added if you want to check out!

I also had to make up for not being able to finish day 4’s workout of Bubble Booty. That wasn’t as bad but man 4 workouts in one time. Now I have left is either dancing or maybe going for a walk outside. 

So the cookies turned out ok I guess initial bite isn’t that good but then it gets better!! will post pictures soon of them. Also might use a food processor next time. She said to use one but i thought it was because she was using dates instead of stevia.

90 day challenge and I can have cookies??!!!

a cookie recipe. 143 cal for the entire batch. Well right now I’m baking them and I will let you know tomorrow how they turned out and taste. If you are looking for healthy alternatives to unhealthy foods you should check the site out. Will be making 2 ingredient pancakes Sunday, pictures shall be coming for some of the food I am making myself. 

Didn’t get to do the whole workout today because the videos were stalling and really slow. The hubby said he would have danced with me today!!! super excited to see if he will do it another day. 

We also came to the conclusion that I get to “cheat” on my diet by having a small something just so I don’t have a huge chance to fail because I want something. Yesterday we did a walk by the food court and I sampled the chicken from the Thai and Japanese places.

Day 3 is done!

Well today was an exciting day. Made dinner for the family which was a hit with my 3 year old. Grilled sweet potato is something he loves now. After I did my blogilates I did 30 mins of Just Dance which was a killer, but well worth it thanks to the husband for the inspiration to continue on. Thanks hun!

 

I feel extremely good, my over all mood is cheerful and bright and I haven’t been angry or depressed. Kyle noticed it also. I am looking forward to these next 86 more days!

Vanilla Flavored Water….

isn’t that good. Well I have completed my second day of the work out. I wish it was longer but due to Alex sneak attacks I had to cut it short. I really should look into getting a YMCA membership so we can go swimming or I can work out and he will be at the day care there. The family brought some delicious snack foods and ice cream at the store today temptation factor is high, but my lunch was really good and Kyle and I are sharing a dinner together. Went to see Monsters University today was a cute movie and really enjoyed it. Guess I need to figure out a different reward for me at the end of this week now.
