Yesterday was a pretty good day with the 90 day challenge. My lunch was amazing, my dinner was good and dessert was very good, but the after lunch snack wasn’t very good. I guess that’s because it was a muscle milk drink and I brought the Top Care brand. Workout was fun then I did 30 minutes of Just Dance 4 afterwards to make sure I did an hour of exercise. The only other bad thing about yesterday was the Blackhawks won the Stanley Cup…Oh well at least I get to see the Cup now. Breakfast today was really good: egg white omelet with red pepper, mushrooms, spinach, and salsa with a cup of green tea to drink.

Today’s workout routine is all about abs, and my abs are sore from yesterday!

Well at least I have a reward system in place for my rest days. This week I think it will be going to the movies, there are a bunch of movies I want to see in theaters.

And 90 Days start NOW!!!

For breakfast I had egg whites, oatmeal with half a banana and a cup of tea. Wasn’t that bad. Today’s workout is entitled POP Pilates for Beginners- Total Body Workout. I’m ready to do this for myself!
